Erda hocamla başlayalı iki buçuk yıl oldu.Saglik sebebplerimden dolayı başlamıştım.Hareketlerim o ladar kısıtlıydı ki biz birlikte çok yol katettik.Kendisinin tecrübesi ve ayrıca fizyoterapist olması daha da güven veriyor zaten .Sıradan basit hareketlerle gecistirmiyor.kisiye uygun en doğru hareketlerle ilerliyor.Her anlamda çok iyi geldi.Erda hoca demek kalite demek,güven demek,hijyen demek,disiplin demek,sağlık demek ...Canım güler yüzlü tatlı hocam .Cokk seviliyorsun ???? iyi ki Eg plates iyi ki sen ????♥️

EG pilates açıldığı günden beri tartışmasız erzincanın en iyi pilates stüdyosu diyebilirim. Gerek samimiyet olsun gerek hocamızın güler yüzlülüğü bilgisi herşey çok iyi. Erda hocamız aynı zamanda fizyoterapist eğitimleri dışında bunu da göz önüne almanızı tavsiye ederim ????
