Bu kadar ilgisiz bir mağaza başka hiçbiryerde görmedim. Kasadakiler ayrı dünya çalışanlar ayrı dünya . Tamamen birbirinden kopuk . Aldığımız bebek arabası ilk defa açıp kurduk . Yamuk çıktı kasası. Değiştirin diyorum servise gidecek diyorlar . Memnun kalmadım başka şubelere bakabilirsiniz .

işini düzgün yapacaksın ne kadar güzel bir laf. kocaman kurumsal bir firmasın ama işleyişin o kadar saçma anlamak mümkün değil. en basiti hediye paketi yok. ama sürekli. bir soruna kalıcı çözüm bulacak yönetici vs de yok. insanlar bebek mağazasına hediye almak için gelir değil mi? sürekli hediye paketi yok. bant yok. biri insiyatif alsın ve sorunu çözsün lütfen. kurumsal bir firmaya hiç yakışmıyor...

Saat 21.59 da gittim kapandı dediler daha bir dakika var cıngırak alıp cıkıcam dedim. Saat 22.00 olursa işleminizi almayız dediler. 20 saniye sürdü yada sürmedi işlem ama içeride hala müşteri vardı acaba saat 22.00den sonra o müşterinin işlemini nasıl alıcaklar. Ayıp yani içeride müşteri olmasa da kapalıyız dese neyse . Her geldiğimde bir problem. Aşırı gıcık personelleriniz
