Handan hanıma kırık dişim için gittim dişime kanal yapılması gerektiğini ve onun dışındada 2 dişime dolgu birine kanal yapılması gerektiğini bahsetti. Yaptı ancak hem kırık dişim hem de kanal yaptıgı dişimdeki ağrılar hiç geçmedi. Tekrar gittim dolgunun yanında bozulmalar olduğunu ve tekrar doldurduğunu söyledi ağrı hassasiyet devam ederse gelin tekrar kanal yapalım dedi. Gittiğimde ise bi sıkıntı yok ben sizin röntgeninize baktım dedi. Hem madem benden memnun değilsiniz niye geliyorsunuz dedi . Ben böyle birşey soylememe rağmen. Sonuçta makina bozulunca yeni makina almak yerine önce servise gösteriyoruz dişleri yapan Handan hanım problemi çözmesi gereken de o. Ancak o bu şekilde davranmadı. Kırık olan dişimde de hassasiyet olduğunu sürekli agrıdıgıhı söyledim. Baktı birşey yok dedi. Müdahale etmek için gece ağrısı gerek dedi ancak dişleri açmadan öncede benim yek hissettiğim hassasiyetti ama yapmaya kalkıştı . Sonrasında isterseniz dişinizin ücretini vereyim dedi şaşırdım böyle bir muamele hiç bi yerde görmedim yaptığı hatayı telafi etmek yerine ücret iadesi yapmak manasız geldi ancak bende bunun üzerine verin dedim ama diğer dişimden rahatsız olmama rağmen bunun muhabbetini bile yapmadı. Verdiği para tek dişin ücreti 300. Ama ben 500 lira verdiğim dişimden de hiç memnun değilim. Söylememe rağmen onun üzerinde durmadı bile.Böyle bir hizmet anlayışı olmaz.
