Gözünüz kapalı güvenebileceğiniz, donanımlı, bilgili, aç bırakmadan, vücudu yormadan diyet yazan, uygulama aşamamızda da takip etmekten sıkılmayan bir diyetisyendir kendisi. Vejetaryen beslendiğim halde çeşit çeşit ve dengeli menüler oluşturdu. B12 ve Demirim de oldukça düşüktü, Özlem hanımın yazdığı diyet ile beraber değerlerim olması gerektiği seviyeye çıktı. Ayrıca bir ay çalıştık ve yedi kilo verdim. Çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Özlem Hanım sayesinde 2 haftada 5 kilo verdim. Diğer diyetisyenler gibi katı kuralları yok. Sizi aç bırakmıyor. Benim için en önemlisi ise kişiye özel diyet yazıyor. Bilgisayardan standart diyetleri yazıp elinize vermiyor. Diyet yazdıktan sizi sürekli kontrol ediyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
