76 kilo başladığım bu yola Fatma hanım sayesinde 63 kiloya kadar düştüm onun desteği olmasaydı yapamazdım gerçekten işinin ehli bir insan, çok anlayışlı ve destekleyen biri . Sadece kilo vermek için değil daha sağlıklı bir yaşam içinde çabaladık beraber. Katı bir program olmadan çok rahat kilo verdim. Size de tavsiye ederim.
