Aldığımız medikal bir ürünü garanti kapsamında olmasına rağmen ilgilenmediler, sorunu kendimiz çözmemiz gerektiğini söylediler. Kargoyla ürünü yollayabileceğim şeklinde akıl vermeye kalktılar. İnternetten bile alsaydık satıcı daha yardımcı olurdu. Hiç ama hiç tavsiye etmiyorum. Acil durumlar dışında alışveriş yaparken iki kez düşünün derim.
