Bugün hedef kiloma ulaştım ve çok güzel bir kilo verme süreci geçirdik. -17 kg gönderdik beraber ???????? Diyet denildiğinde herkes korkuyor ama Selen Hanım sağlıklı ve sürdürülebilir beslenmeyi öğretiyor. Herkes kendine beslenmeyi öğrenmek ve kilo vermek için bu iyiliği yapmalı ve kimse gözünde büyütmemeli ???? Her şey için Selen Hanım ve asistanına teşekkür ediyorum ????

1 ay gittim Çok sıkı uyuduğum halde bende maalesef pek başarılı olamadı çok kilom yoktu zaten insülin direncim de vardı kilo veremedim gr olarak gitti azar azar ???????? enerjimiz de çok tutmamıştı motive olamadım ben. Yinede başarılar diliyorum..
