Cihangir Pilates was established in Istanbul in 2002 and offers its services to its customers in the fitness center sector. We strive to offer very useful and effective solutions to our customers, especially with Pilates training programs.
Cihangir Pilates center, whose design we have developed inspired by today's trends, has a fully equipped gym. We have the most modern technologies, under all kinds of tools, to enable our customers to spend quality time and access the training programs they desire.
In addition, we have fitness seminars, sports events, Pilates courses and individual coaching services that can meet our customers' needs. We try to give the best support to our customers by professionally transferring our knowledge on fitness & health.
For almost 20 years, Cihangir Pilates club has been offering healthy solutions to our customers in a very safe environment with its total quality management system. Our comfortable and cozy atmosphere, if you don't count, our fun music and atmosphere are waiting for you.

Gördüğüm en kötü pilates stüdyosu. Bir zamanlar o küçük odada neredeyse 10 kişi vardı ve hiçbiri maske takmıyordu. ekipmanlar da çok temiz değildi.

Sakatlanma riskinin yüksek olduğu bir salon. Hareketlerinizi yaparken kaç tane olduğunu bile saymayan bir hocaları var. Kendisi genellikle telefona bakmakla meşgul oluyor. Reformer’ı tek bacağınıza geçirip, o sırada kapıya gelen kargocu ile sohbete dalabilir. Tek bacağınızın kaldıramayacağı bir ağırlıkla hocayı beklerken sakatlanma riskiniz yüksek. Ödeme açısından rahatlık sağlayabildikleri için gidilebilir sadece.
