Çalışan siyah saçlı genç hanım muadil ilaç veriyor ama bize söylemiyor. Poşete koyup gönderdi, reçete de kendinde kaldığı için biz bunu ancak bir hafta sonraki doktor kontrolünde farkedebildik. 3 yaşındaki çocuğa reçete edilen ilaç elinizde yoksa yok deyin tercihi biz yapalım. Ayrıca reçetede aç karnına yazıyor siz kutuya tok yazıyorsunuz. Zaten müşteriye tavırları kendini beğenmiş uslubuyla işine hakim olmadığını gösteriyordu.
