Capoeira Senzala Istanbul is a company in Istanbul with an exercise room established in 2017. Capoeira is a sportive activity that has emerged by combining aerobic movements from time to time with the use of martial arts elements to maintain balance.
Group senzala and literary suksessions are one of the main components of Capoeira and are led by music teachers. These group movements are called the flow of the dance, and everyone in the other group tries to move with the music of Capoeira by coordinating their hands and feet to move towards the common goal in a friendly atmosphere.
Capoeira Senzala Istanbul helps its students to increase their physical condition and muscle strength by sharing information about fitness, body development and personal priorities. In the two-hour workouts, students will not only be able to do exactly the movements that are suitable for them, but they will also be able to relieve stress, increase their life energy and explore opportunities to deal with people outside of themselves.
