ByForm Mobilyanın Mobilium avm mağazasından iki adet dört kapılı gardrop icin 14.500 liraya anlaştık ve siparisimizi verdik. Dolapların mağazada gercek ahşaptan hatta kütükten üretildigini belirtti satış danışmanı Kemal Bey. Evet gercekten mağazada sergilen gardrop gercek ahşaptandı. Eve gelen dolap ise tamamen mdf den yapılmış kapıları bile yamuk olan kalitesiz bir şey. Kuruluma iki çalısan geldi biri gayet nazik kibar beyefendiydi ancak diğeri tam zıttı biri. Dolabın mdf den yapıldığını anladığımızda bu hic tahta gibi durmuyor dedim ve cevap olarak bizde kalitesiz ürün mdf den yapılmış ürün olmaz dedi. Biz bu ürün ahşap degil diye direttigimizde ise azevvel yalan söyledigini ürünün mdf oldugunu ve bu iki gardrop icin bizden 14.500 lira almalarına şaşırdığını belirtti. Bir süre sonra işi saygısızlığa vurarak dolap kapılarının montajini yapmadan cekti gitti. Okuyan herkesin anlayacağı üzere Byform mobilya tarafından dolandırıldık. Firmaya olarak mağazada kaliteli mobilya sergileyip eve dandik ürünler mi gönderiyorsunuz? İş ahlakınız bu mudur? Ya da bizi dolandıran firma degilde satış danışmanınız Kemal Bey mi?
