Garantili diye yapılan saç ekimi bölgesel olarak başarısız olduğu için tekrar gittiğimizde bunun olabileceği söylendi. Operasyon öncesinde herşeyin garantili olduğu anlatılmıştı. Yani garantinin lafta olduğunu öğrendik. Yeniden ekim icin tekrar ücret talep edildi. Iletişim sorunlu biri. Şikayet amaçlı gelindiğini anlayınca görüşmemek bekletmeye çalıştı. Konur yönetimine de bilgi verildi. Hair transplantation declared with a success guarantee before treatment. After transplantation hairs didn't grow enough and the quantity of hairs was poor. Our claim rejected without any proper explanation. They requested again money even the operation was unsuccessful. Don't believe, if they talk about some guarantee. Person is rude and not able to communicate if something negatively happens. Guests from other countries should think twice before decision.
