Uzun zamandır spor yapıyordum, fakat net sonuç almak için uzman bir diyetisyen ile çalışmam gerektiği kesindi. İyi ki kendisiyle tanışmışım. 2 ay içerisinde online düzenli görüşmelerimiz ile süreci yönettik. Uygulanabilir, basit, anlaşılır sağlıklı beslenme programları ile sonuca ulaştık. Fatih beye yaklaşık 9 aydır gidiyorum. Düzenli ve sağlıklı bir şekilde kilo verdim. Hatta hedeflediğim altına bile düştüm. Bu süreçte kesinlikle aç kalmadan diyeti tamamladık. Tamamen size özel yaşam tarzınıza, işinize göre programlar hazırlıyor. Kendisine teşekkür ederim.

Fatih bey benim ilk diyetisyen deneyimim. Kişisel olarak endişeli ve kuşkulu yapımdan ötürü kendi kedime demiştim ki ' kesin bir sürü yasak koyacak. Zaten direnemem, bırakırım.' şeklinde gittiğim bu süreçte geriye baktığımda ciddi manada korktuğum kadar olmadığını gördüm. Cidden yiyerek kilo verdim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
