Boss Fitness , founded in 1996, is a Istanbul-based club operating in the fitness industry. With the professional services we offer by focusing on personal development areas with our expert team , we create programs tailored to any lifestyle and fitness situation.
With the energy of technology and scientific developments, we help people to develop their approaches to increase their memory, nervous system, immune system and body resistance with our efforts to offer healthy, balanced and active lifestyles to people.
We create effective training programs for all age groups. While all of our training programs focus on physical, mental and behavioral gains, the program aims to adapt, reduce stress levels and correct bodily incompatibilities.
