Bop Pilates - Mecidiyeköy Instrument Pilates Studio is a fitness club established in 2003 in Istanbul. We provide service by prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.
Based on our concept in the Pilates technique, which forms the basis of body movements for the spray, we guarantee the highest standards of instrument and floor pilates with tailor-made individual programs.
Our instrument pilates are performed in a wide range of Reformer, Cadillac Climber and Chair mechanical organs and with balanced and balancing exercises. Mesamkesa can be designed using redcord or textile tape.
Analyzes are made to obtain accurate information about the physical condition of the personnel, about their exercise styles, workplace balance and discomforts. We are here to help you with the results you can achieve by focusing on your relaxation, strength and fitness values . Our exercises allow you to reduce your body's restriction of movement while providing the support you need to keep your body healthy.

Asla ve asla gitmenizi tavsiye etmem.Ben paramı kaptırdım 3 -4 ay uğraştım.Prensiplerine bağlı yerleri tercih edin.Onur Çalışkan'ın olmadığı yerleri mesela EN GÜZEL YALANDA ÜYEMİZ DEĞİL YALANI!!!

Mart ayında sadece 2 ders gittiğim 34 derslik paketi peşin ödediğim ve akabinde koronavirüs sebebiyle ücret geri iadesi istediğimde aylarca atlatıp ilgileneceğini belirtip telefonunu kullanıma kapatan Onur Çalışkan ve eşi Buse Çalışkan (pilates hocası olup olmadığı meçhul) hem dolandırıcı hemde sahtekarlar. Asla ve asla bu şahıslara itibar etmeyin!!! Hiçbir şekilde burayı tercih etmeyin!!!!
