Bodyist Pilates and Physiotherapy Counseling Center was established in 1995 in Istanbul. Bodyist Pilates and Physiotherapy Counseling Center is a fitness center that offers professional and safe pilates classes aimed at people's healthy living conditions.
The trainings of our expert team are prepared according to specially determined exercise programs. Our tailor-made programs for each individual are designed to increase one's comfort, flexibility and support in physical activity.
Our task is to teach you how to perform the sport. It is our desire to specialize in learning the most effective techniques, to lose weight, to provide physical fitness and to perform exercises without mistakes. Thus, we aim to teach appropriate positions, work in the most effective way and sound techniques theoretically and practically for everyone.
All our lessons offer you dynamic and stress-free activities that are both stimulating and relaxing. Our team of experts is also a unique combination of trainers, strength trainers, physiotherapists and pilates instructors who take every private lesson one step further.
As Bodyist Pilates and Physiotherapy Counseling Center, we continue to convey the benefits of safe and effective work to our customers with our multi-disciplinary and comprehensive studies. We offer you the pleasure of improving breathing, concentration and body awareness.

Müsaitlik olduğunda randevu için dönüş yapacaklarını belirtip 1 aydır olumlu/olumsuz dönüş yapmayan bir işletme. 30 dk lık deneme dersi olmadan kayıt yapmadıklarını ve bu deneme dersleri için de haftaiçi öğlen ve 17 den sonra hafta sonu ise hiç müsaitlik olmadığını söylediler. Bana dönüş yapacaklarını belirttiler ancak dönmediler. Başka yere kaydolmayıp beklediğim süre için pişmanım.

Bilgi almak ve ders ayarlamak icin defalarca aradim. Telefona cevap veren olmuyor. Donus yapmamiz icin mesaj atin seklinde bir SMS geliyor. Ancak attiginiz mesaja da ne cevap yaziliyor ne de donus yapiliyor.

Yaklaşık altı aydır Bodyist'e gidiyorum. Göknur hoca ile çalışmak çok güzel, keyifli ve verimli. Sizi iyi değerlendiriyor, iyi dinliyor tüm bilgi ve ilgisini sizin için faydalı olacak şekilde uyguluyor. Ders sırasında çok dikkatli sizi izliyor hareketteki en ufak yanlışı bile gözden kaçırmıyor hemen sizi uyarıp hareketi düzgün yapmanızı sağlıyor. Güvenilir ellerde olduğunuzu hissediyorsunuz. Dersler çok verimli ve kaliteli geçiyor. Vücudunuzdaki değişiklikleri kısa zamanda fark edebiliyorsunuz. Güler yüzlü, yüzü gibi kalbide çok güzel. İyi ki Bodyist'e başlamışım, iyi ki Göknur hocamı tanımışım. Pilatese başlamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
