Ücretini peşin ödediğimiz ürün(elbise dolabı), 3 gün sonra teslim edilecek sözü verilmesine karşın çok geç teslimatı yapıldı. İlk 3 günden sonra her gün arayıp rica etmemize rağmen tam 14 gün sonra teslim edildi. Bir konuşmamız da ürününüz hazır fakat katalog çekimi yapacağız, fotoğrafçımız şuan şehir dışında gelmesini bekliyoruz dendi. Ben ürünü alırken böyle bir bilgi tarafıma iletilmedi, iletilmiş olsaydı ona göre karar verirdim. Son günlerde telefonlarıma cevap verme tenezzülünde bile bulunulmadı, mesajlarıma geri dönüş yapılmadı. Benim numaramı açmadıkları için başka numaralardan arayıp ulaşmaya çalıştım. Üstelik ürün geldiğinde bir çok yerinde çizikler, göçükler ve boya kayıpları vardı. Mağaza da bize sunulan ve gösterilen ahşap kalitesi ile gelen ürünün ahşap kalitesi arasında çok fark vardı. Kontraplak kısımları çok ince ve kalitesiz. Henüz ikinci günde çekmece elimizde kaldı. Vidalama ve montalama çok baştan sağma yapılmış. Eksik ve hataların düzeltilmesi yönünde talebimizi bildirmemize rağmen 3 aydır ne gelen var ne giden. Hayrına ürün vermiyorsunuz, karışıklığında değerini son kuruşuna kadar alıyorsunuz, insanlar bu paraları kolay kolay kazanmıyor. En başından sonuna kadar geçen sürede BERA mobilyanın davranış ve müşteri memnuniyeti politikasını hiç beğenmedik. İş ahlâkı ve etiğinden oldukça uzak bir işletme. Ödediğim ücreti ve bahse konu süreçle ilgili mağduriyetimden kaynaklı hakkımı helal etmiyorum. Bundan sonraki süreçte ilk olarak tüketici hakları hakem heyetine başvuru yapacağımı, bütün yasal yetkili mercii ve platformlarda ilgili firma ile ilgili şikayetlerimi dile getireceğimi, elimden geldiğinde BERA ile ilgili çevremdeki tanıdığım tüm insanlara olumsuz yönde referans olacağımı bildirmek istiyorum.

15 gün süre verip 1 ay oldu hala 10 güne gelir diyen bi zihniyet hiç memnun kalmadım böyle esnaflık olmaz böylr bi işletmeyi denetlenip kapatılması için gereken herşeyi yapmak istiyorum cimer dahil çünki bna 1 ay dense ona göre hazırlık yaparım çok yazık gerçekten yalsnla avat olunmaz maduriyrtimizin karşılığı olsrak hala bekliyoruz tavsiye etmiyorum paramızıda peşin vermemize rağmen bide
