Bebek arabası satın aldım. Ürün teşhir ürünü çıktı, ürünün ana tentesi ve önü güneşten solmuş. Ürünün fotoğrafında ve içeriğinde güneş tentesi var, kaybetmiş yollamamış. Ürünün açıklamasında "Ayak örtüsü içerisinde mevcuttur" yazıyor, onu da kaybetmiş yollamamış. Ne ürünün içinden fiziksel fatura çıktı ne de e-fatura iletti. 10 gündür de fatura peşinde koşuyorum. Faturayı da iletmez ise vergi dairesine kadar gideceğim. Hiçbir mesaja cevap vermeyen ilgisiz kalitesiz bir işletme.
