Bayraklı As Pilates is a fitness center established in Izmir in 2005. Our company attaches great importance to providing the latest technology in this field, with a professional team that supports physical form and healthy lifestyles.
Our Expert Board is committed to solving problems that will affect people's lives in the modern world, with events and programs that know how to be customer-oriented. Our programs deliver and combine the right balance of quality pilates sessions and efficient aerobic exercise to the public.
All of our staff have been trained to keep proportional form, create a strong toilet, and develop pilates pose and breathing tactics. Custom workouts are tailor-made by our therapists to the needs of each beginner and easily keep our attention faithful to their Multiple philosophical disciplines and our team resource specialized in endurance, fitness, body balance, pilates tools and yoga.
It is an approach that we always use by our staff to teach essentially non-intensive exercise habits, without predominant violence-based exercise practices. In addition, they create the right exercise programs for our customers' professional purposes and ensure that they take precautions to stay in control while they are being performed.
Bayraklı As Pilates planned from the very beginning what kind of fitness center it will be and implemented this plan unconditionally and offered unforgettable experiences to our customers. As the most original Pilates and exercise area of our location, we offer our customers the chance to change your current life by adhering to the astronomical characteristics of Art and Health.
