Oğluma Montessori yatak aldık. Ölçüleri için yardım istedik ve boyu 90 cm olarak karar verdik. Bize böyle seçersek korkuluk ile çatı arası dar olacağı, çocuğu alıp koymanın imkansız olacağı ve yatar pozisyonda iken çocuğa ulaşmanın zor olacağının söylenmesini beklerdim. Kurulum gayet hızlı ve temiz şekilde yapıldı ve ben şikayetimi dile getirdim. Verilen cevap ölçüleri siz seçtiniz oldu. Kısaltabiliriz dediler ama malzeme patlarsa para isteriz dediler. Hatalarını kabul etmeyen, müşteri memnuniyetine önem vermeyen, parayı alana kadar güleç yüz sergileyen bir işletme. O kadar tok satıcılar ki bir kez olsun şikayet konusu ile ilgili tekrar aramadılar. Biz de öyle böyle kullanıyoruz işte, üstteki (çatıdaki) direği çıkardık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem, keşke daha çok araştırıp başka bir firma tercih etseymişim. Boşa gitti saylır paramız.
