B-Fit Women's Sports and Life Center was established in 1995 in Karabağlar, İzmir. Since the day it was founded, we continue to serve by hosting the best experts in our team.
Our women's sports, fitness and development-focused services offer the best training programs. We support the healthy and balanced development of the body and lifestyle changes, thanks to personalized training plans developed by our expert trainers and dietitians according to the characteristics of each woman.
With all our welcome messages, we offer women words that make them feel the necessity of providing the highest quality sports-based lifestyle. The common purpose of B-Fit; It aims to empower women's independence, freedom, along with the total sense of health and safety that defines their lives.
In a multi-disciplinary sports program, in a comfortable environment and with the support of personal therapists, individuals achieve the optimum potential of their bodies and minds. Our fitness programs and activities; posture, flexibility, balance, functioning, muscle strength development and cardio types, our main goal is to make every woman feel confident about her skills.
We provide a long-term recovery to women's sports and living environments with our individually planned fitness activities, which are attended by physiotherapists working in a professional team.
As B-Fit women's sports and life center since 1995, we have been supporting our efforts to raise awareness about the environment and health. We aim to shape the future of women with completely redesigned concepts that will provide a better mood for all women by perfectly representing quality and professionalism in their field.
