B&b Pilates Studio
B&b Pilates Studio is a gym located in Istanbul since 1994. We provide quality service with our wide, well-equipped and modern equipment. In our studio, we offer professional pilates training by our experienced trainers. We have programs adapted to different age groups in various forms and genders.
In all our lessons, we use thermal therapy methods, elastic bands, balancing boards and jogging exercises in terms of flexibility, strength and flexibility . We also take into account dangerous training in the field to accelerate recovery. At the same time, we are confidently moving forward with all simple and complex work, to ensure that no guest in our studio is comfortable.
In addition, at B&b Pilates Studio, we provide quality education on safety, health and quality to all our students. We make sure that all the equipment we use complies with current standards. All of our teachers have professional certifications and our administrative staff have full study capabilities.
There are also yoga courses, pilates wellness seminar and other activities given to students once a week in our gym. Thanks to these seminars, our students can move on to basic studies or advanced studies in our gym. While helping students to reveal their true potential, the warm and individual approach of our atmosphere is extremely important in our practices.
