Semtimde bulunan bir spor salonu olduğu için üyeliğimi şu an gittigim salondan buraya tasiyabilecegimi düşünerek bilgi almaya gelmiştim. Ancak bilgi verecek olan ismini bilmediğim kadın çalışanin ukala tavrı kötü iletişimi nedeniyle aynı dakikada salonu terk ettim. Görebildiğim kadarıyla fitness salonu gayet büyük ve çok teçhizatlı pilates reformer salonu ise nispeten küçük sayılır. Temizlik ile ilgili bir gözlemde bulunamadim çünkü üyelikten önce göstermiyorlarmis. Benim için soyunma alanı ve duslar özellikle temizliğini görmek ve rahat giyinebilecegim eşyalarımi bırakacağım alan olduğundan çok önemli. Çalışanınız çorabın üstüne giydiği parmak terlik, elinin ucuyla gosterdigi salon ve kendini tanıtma nezaketinden dahi yoksun iletsim kabiliyetsizligi, ukala tavriyla bir üyeyi 1 dakikada kaçırdı.

Girişteki sorumlu hoca istemediğimi ve sadece kendi programımla çalışmak istediğimi söyledim. Bana “yine özel hocalı ücret alırım!” diye bir cevap verdi. Tavırları son derece saygısızdı. Ayrıca sadece referansla kayıt alındığı için telefonlarını açmıyorlarmış. O zaman buraya neden telefon koyuyorsunuz ve vaktimizden çalıyorsunu. Müşteri değeri 0. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
