Kendilerinden hepsiburada üzerinden öğrenme Kulesi aldık yaklaşık 45 gün evvel. Ürün geldi ayak kısmını tutan yer çatlak ve ayağı tutturamıyoruz. Satıcı ile iletişime geçtik önce nasıl çözüm bulabiliriz diye ve kendileri iade işlemi yapmamamızı hemen çatlak parçayı kargolayacaklarını belirttiler. Biz de tamam dedik ancak tam bir ay kargo bekledik. Kargolarının kargo şirketi tarafından kaybedildiğini belirtiler biz de buna da tamam canınız sağolsun dedik. (Bu arada cenazemiz oldu biz de çok üstüne gidemedik) tam bir ay sonunda parça elimize ulaştı ve gelen parça ilk parçadan farklı vida yerleri açılmamış. Bu durumu da hemen arkadaşa ilettik ve iade talep ettik ama kendisi müthiş bir cevapla ilk parçayı bizim çatlattığımızı ima edip vida deliği açtıklarında tablada delik açmaları durumunda tablanın çatlayacağını (ne kalitede malzeme kullanıldığını da bu cevapla anlamış olduk) ve kendimizin delikleri açmamız gerektiğini belirten mesaj attı. İade süresinin kendilerinin bizi bekletmesi kaynaklı geçtiğini bile bile de acayip bir tavırla isterseniz hepsiburada üzerinden iade edebilirsiniz cevabını aldık. Sonuç olarak paramızla rezil olduk. Bunu buraya yazıyorum ki bir çok platformdan bu firmadan alım yapacak arkadaşlar bu tecrübeden faydalansınlar.
