Asli Geylani Pilates Studio is a gym that was established in 2003 in Adana, Çukurova. Our mission is to always provide the best service to our customers who live physically and mentally healthy lives. We offer our customers the power of doing sports that will change your life in a positive way, in a principled, consistent and enjoyable way. Our Mission ; To provide a reliable and fully equipped environment for our customers to develop healthy living habits and contribute to society with a fit body. The trainings, training and consultancy activities we perform are carried out in a suitable environment where we can provide experience of breath control techniques, which we can not give any other assurance.
We develop uniquely designed flexible nutrition programs and ongoing fitness programs to help our clients unlock their potential. Today, we are preparing unique programs for our customers as soon as they are in a gym. These are courses that develop and present skills, concerns, and strengths that are specifically tailored to the individual's particular needs.
