Asem Adana Athlete Training Sports Club was established in 2004 and Adana, Çukurova was chosen as the location. Our company is an athlete training sports club in the field of bodybuilding and carries out a quality training by applying different techniques to increase the physical and mental level.
Daily and weekly exercise programs are planned for body building in our club. Thanks to the programs, vocational training and consultancy services offered to our staff, you will have the opportunity to do all kinds of sports. In addition, we strive to increase social benefit through event arrangements.
