Arzu Pharmacy is one of the most modern pharmacies opened in Yalova in 2010. Since its establishment, it has adopted the principle of providing quality products and services to its customers.
Our mission is to sell pharmaceutical preparations that meet the highest quality standard (with a recall rate of up to 99%) at affordable prices accessible to all; to meet the needs of users in healthcare; hygienic and timely delivery of treatment prescriptions to patients; to provide supply and support to other healthcare professionals.
Since we, as an institution, prioritize human health, we set it as our duty to train our employees for their disciplined and diligent work, and to provide more affordable prices to our customers in the lowest income class, excluding other conditions. Thanks to its flexible, special approaches that seek stability between the remembrance of the traditional Turkish pharmacy history and the modern atmosphere, it is always on the path of competence that is open to innovations.
Our Corporate Policies show positive approaches to ensure the harmony between giving equal rights to employees, being sensitive to human rights issues, being able to integrate with the environment, taking international standards as a measure, adapting to the legislation, competition principles and the latest technology without compromising customer experience. Despite the passage of more than five years, Arzu Pharmacy has become a company that has grown steadily and rapidly in its sector, within the scope of this wonderful curiosity that came out of the hands of the highly experienced and generous host Annette Roulleau.
