Sepaşta işim vardı , aracımı boş olan yere park ettim . Arabamdan inmem ile bana doğru bağırarak Aras şubeden gelen orta yaşlı bir adam (!) araçlarının geleceğini ve oraya park edemeyeceğimi bakın ben ne güzel ifade ettim (!) bana üzerime yürümek suretiyle bağırarak söylemesi, sanki sanarsınız insanlık suçu işledim bi an öyle hissettim , sanıyorum ki müşterilere de aynı üslup ile davranıyordur. Bu sebeple “ birazdan aracım gelecek, arabanızı buraya park edemezsiniz “ demek ile bir kadın üzerine çemkirerek yürümek arasında *ÜSLUP ve NEZAKETSİZLİK * farkı vardır. İşlek bir caddede park sorunu yaşıyor olabilirler , ancak duruma olan öfkelerini şahsa yansıtmak , insani olarak asla doğru değildir. Orada sorun çıkarabilir , bana böyle davranamazsınız diye uzatabilirdim. Ancak adamla aynı dili konuşmuyoruz. Üslup bilmeyen birine neyi nasıl anlatabilirim ? Bu sebeple inşallah aynı dili konuşabildiğim , derdimi buradan anlayan sayın yetkili , personelinize bu durumu anlatabilmenizi rica ederim. Umarım başkalarına ve müşterilerinize aynı üslup ile davranmaz.
