İade süreçleri çok uzun. Siparişiniz hakkında hiçbir bilgi alamıyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Amazon.com üzerinden ücretsiz iade seçeneği ile birlikte iade ettiğim siparişim, yaklaşık olarak 12 gün sonra amazon deposuna ulaştı. Bununla birlikte bana sms olarak gönderilen takip kodunu aramex.com üzerinden sorguladığımda 1 hafta boyunca hiçbir bilgi elde edemedim. Siparişimin teslim olduğu veya yolda olduğunu hiçbir şekilde öğrenemedim. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda sizi ilgili birime aktarıyorum veya tüm çalışanlarımız şu anda dolu sizi daha sonra tekrar arayacağız diyorlar. Fakat sadece bir veya iki kere dönüş sağlandı onda da çözüme ulaşamadık. O kadar bilgi alamadım ki siparişimin kaybolduğunu düşünmeye başladım. Neden takip numaramla hiçbir şey göremediğimin sebebi de şubelerin sisteme bilgi girişi yapamayışıymış böyle saçma bir şey olur mu?? Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Amazon gibi büyük bir firmanın nasıl böyle bir kargo şirketiyle çalıştığını hiç anlamadım. BURSA.
