Aquarius Pilates Studio was established in Yalova in 2017. Our industry is in the field of bodybuilding. Based on European methods for many years in line with our activity, we work specifically for the special movement of the body to reach its maximum potential.
Our Kruvus is designed to organize free pilates classes to allow citizens of all levels to add innovation to their lives. Creative and dynamic, these classes will offer sophisticated instruction and provide assurance that they have a therapist-approved approach to exercise.
Aquarius Pilates Studio stands out with its continuous training and compliance with the rules. I've had a lot of success experiences over the past years. Our teaching staff are professionals with over ten years of experience in education. Some are Yoga Alliance instructors. We use zasu and movements in our training to help adjust the body.
Pilates not only makes joint movements perfect; It also ensures minimum risk in other sports activities. Aquarius Pilates Studio shows you how easy-to-use and with the right methods, sports can become satisfying. With over 200 members, Aquarius Pilates Studio is the ideal option for anyone who wants to get fit.

En sevdiğim egzersizlerden birisi pilates. Duruş bozukluğum beni çok mutsuz ediyordu. Sıkılaşmak ve esneklik istiyordum. Zerrin hanımla iyiki karşılaşmışım ❤️
