30.10.2020 tarihinde Altıntaş firmasına gittim sema ismindeki zat bana nasıl yardımcı olacağını sordu bende 300 M2 pembe tonlu Andezit taş alacağımı fiyatını ve ellerinde hazır olup olmadığını sordum, 44 + KDV fiyat verdi 4.11. 2020 tarihinde hazır olacağını herhangi bir probleme karşı teslim tarihinin 6.11.2020 olacağını ve kapora almadan kesim işlemi yapılmayacağını söyledi 15.500 TL tutarın 5.500 tlsini kapora olarak aldılar. Malzemenin kesinlikle pembe tonlu olması gerektiğini nedeninin birkısmı döşeli pembe tonlu yerim olduğunu bunu tamamlamak gerektiğini söyledim. Malzeme hazır olduğunda beni arayacaklarını söylediler. 5.11.2020 tarihinde sema isimli zat beni arayarak malzemenin hazır olduğunu isterseniz gün içinde alabilirsiniz dedi, ve kalan ücreti istedi bende ücreti hemen göndereceğimi nakliyeci ile görüşüp döneceğini söyledim. 10.000 TL parayı gönderdim nakliyecininde 6.11.2020 tarihinde saat 08.00 da kesim yeri olan Sivrihisar da bulunacağını söyledi. Nakliyeci saat 10.00 beni arayarak malzemenin olmadığını söyledi sema isimli zatı arayarak hem hazır diyorsunuz hem malzeme yok diyorsunuz dedim bana bloğun çatlak çıktığını saat 15.00 a kadar hazır olacağını söyledi nakliyeciyi zorda olsa ikna ettim. malzeme hazır demek palet üzerinde yüklemeye hazırdır demektir kesiliyor demedi kesinlikle. 15.30 da nakliyeci beni arayarak malzemenin 19. 00 dan önce olmayacağını 4 palet malzemenin olduğunu söyledi oradan ayrılacağını veya bekleme ücreti alacağını söyledi, sema isimli zatla görüştüm hiç bir şekilde nakliyeciye kendilerinin bekleme ücreti ödemeye ellerini söyledi, bundan sonra telefonlarımı bile açmadı. Nakliyecinin ekstra ücretini ben ödedim. Malzeme başka yerden getirtilmek suretiyle 18.40 da yüklendi. Gelen malzeme pembe tonlu olması gerektiğini evrak üzerine yazdırdığım halde gri tonlu Andezit taş geldi ve telefonlarını açmıyorlar. Altıntaş madenciliği kesinlikle uğraşmayın yalancı sahtekar bir malzemeyi gösterip başka malzeme gönderen üçkağıtçı bir firma.
