Alara was established in Izmir in 2020 as an exercise room. The main aim of Alara is to provide services suitable for every budget and to provide our customers with the best training conditions.
Alara offers training rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to provide a modern training center to its customers. It also offers fitness classes such as wellness and yoga, providing private lessons, expert advice or monthly programs.
The main goal is to support their clients' natural strategies by further developing their facilities that help to balance health and well-being. The sports pool in the training hall is used to continue being the most important part of the healthy lifestyle and to establish long-term connections with Alara customers.
After a thorough medical research, all reshaped, a revolution called IPF (Intensity Controlled Fitness) has been developed. People can have clear information about heart rhythm and calories by receiving real-time feedback.
Alara provides services above the international standard, which will help its customers to successfully complete the lives they plan to radically change.
