Adana Wellness Center was established in 2007 and provides bodybuilding services in Adana Çukurova region. Our center provides its customers with basic body stretching programs and nutritional plans supported by cardio activity. Our goal is to meet the ever-growing wellness needs in Turkey and to meet the bodybuilding needs already in Adana Çukurova and the surrounding areas.
Our Establishment Purpose is to provide the best bodybuilding services to our customers in Çukurova. We never hesitate to offer you specially designed programs focusing on the individual needs of our customers. The exercise and nutrition plans in the programs we choose should also be appropriate for your state of health and include some modalities you enjoy.
Our Mission is to provide our Clients with a professional, efficient and representative atmosphere. If you want to help you cope with the stress of daily life and get rid of intense work fatigue or if you want a more healthy life, you will feel comfortable in our center. Our clients will receive programs that are equipped with the mobility to be courageous, fit and strong, or proven to make it easier to reach their body goals after starting any diet or exercise program.
