2021 yılı ağustos ayında çocuk odası takımı aldım. Teslimat yapıldı ancak istediğimiz ürünün farklı rengi geldi. Daha sonra yoğun telefon trafiğiyle bizim istediğimiz ürünü getirdiler. Ancak yeni gelen ürünün sifonyerinin üst tablasında çeşitli darbeler ve renk farklılığı vardı servisleri geldi değişim olacak dediler ancak 6 aydır ne değişim yaptılar ne de telefonlara doğru düzgün cevap veriyorlar. Her şey ürünü satana kadar sözde garantili ürün satıyorlar ancak satış sonrası destek hiç yok.

Sakın alışveriş yapmayın yaptırmayın. Temmuz ayında bir Montessori yatak aldık. Aldığımıza bin pişman olduk. Ne telefonumuza cevap veren var. Ne ilgilenen var. Ben böyle kötü firma görmedim. Herşey malı satana kadarmış. 17.10.2022 Yorum Ekleme Çalışanlardan Esra Hanım ile servis çalışanı vasıtası ile zoraki, uzun konuşma, görüşmeden sonra şükür ki sorunumu Esra Hanım vasıtası ile halledebilmiş durumdayım. Kendisi ile 15.10.2022 tarihli görüşmemde ayın 17sinde her ne kadar inanmasam da sorunumu çözeceğini belirtmiş olup, şu dakika itibariyle sorunum çözülmüştür. Kendisine teşekkür eder tüm çalışanlarınızın müşteri ile ilgilenip sorunlarına yardımcı olmalarını isterim. İlk yazdığım yoruma gelen cevap yazdığım yorum ile hiç alakası olmayan bir durumdur. Bunu da ayrıca belirteyim. Biz müşteriler aradığımızda karşımızda bir muhatap bulmalıyız ki derdimizi sıkıntımızı aktarıp çözüm üretelim. Umarım daha çok empati kuran bir anlayış ile yönetilen firma olursunuz.
