Adana Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate Yuregir Youth Center , established in 1995 and located on Yüreğir street in Adana, provides both fitness and exercise hall services. The main purpose of the company is to provide healthy and long life to individuals living in Adana. All opportunities are available to increase the interest of individuals in sports and to encourage them to do sports activities. This much; We are doing this in order to reach more people by participating in the programs in our youth center, which includes a professional working understanding and social environment.
In our youth center; We have gyms, classrooms, daily activities, various health programs and activities, basic aerobic exercises, bodybuilding programs, pilates and yoga sessions, fitness tools. In our sport, dietitian-supported personal programs are offered to our members through training in the presence of professional trainers.
There are still 5 professional trainers in our business. The program of our activities can be determined; focuses on meeting the social activity needs of our people on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis. In our programs; individual and group activities for life and body development; school activities such as basketball, volleyball, badminton; career counseling programs; cultural events; social responsibility studies; We offer support in various subjects such as children and youth activities.
The aim of the company is to support sports programs with studies outside of mainstream sports. In this direction, we have all kinds of activities needed between our courses, tracks, leadership skills development and exercises. The aim of our management with the studies carried out is to provide our young people with dynamic, frugal and active personalities. Our company always aims to improve our demands in the mix in a way that will increase the intellectual and educational services we offer.
